Due to wet weather conditions in the past 24 hours. The location of tonight’s concert has been moved from the grandstand to the large grass area in the Northeast corner of the fairgrounds.
Please be aware that bleacher seating for tonight’s show will be limited due to this change. Fairgoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating in the grass area. Gates will still open tonight at the standard 6:30 time and the entrance for the show will be through the south end of the livestock show barn.
Arrangements have been made for as much handicap accessibility as possible. Handicap parking will be located at the north side of the show arena with handicap entering through the north gate. We will try to accommodate as much handicap seating as possible. We will do our best to have golf cart transportation available.
Standard parking will still be located will be along the street, some business lots will be available, school parking lot, and court house available too.
The change in location will allow for the show to go on through some potential rain showers. The fair directors will be in constant communication with Butler County Emergency Management and in the case of severe weather the fairgrounds will be evacuated.
Every possibility will be made to hold tonight’s show as scheduled. Any unavoidable changes to tonight’s schedule will be communicated publicly as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and we look forward to a wonderful show this evening!
